Something wonderful happens when we set our minds on improving our selves. Yet it is easy to let it go. We must be vigilant when it comes to making things happen in our lives and constant reinforcement is always necessary. It may be in the form of a personal pep talk or if you have a friend who is will in to support you in a new endeavor. What ever you choose it should always focus on the desired outcome. DO NOT FOCUS ON WHERE YOU ARE NOW!!!! Set your mind on where you want to be set realistic goals and do not be rigid. Life on a daily basis has unscheduled  events don’t let them through you off your game, so to speak. You must think your way through life. I was a person who as I say ” Used to go through life with my head up my ass” Sorry for the language and if you are a visual thinker double sorry.We have to live into our lives and that takes using our brains. We are creatures of habit and as you reflect you will see you have a habit of responding to the same situation the same way. This is many cases may not be a good thing and it is only if we are willing to consider this and the predictable out come that we are able to see change is necessary.
